Our Client's Vision

The homeowners contacted The Hoots Group with a vision of creating a luxury environmentally friendly home. The dream became a reality when the owners decided to name the project Ecolumina. EcoLumina is a landmark residence being developed in Atlanta, Georgia using the latest technology to create an environmentally friendly home that will be a source of inspiration and information to home builders and home owners everywhere.

Our Solutions

The latest in sustainable building technologies were used in the building and construction process. Only energy-saving and green products are featured in its design. Geothermal heating and cooling provided by Water Furnace International combined with central dehumidifiers from AprilAire, sustainably-certified wood interior trim from Insidesign, structural insulated sheathing and Dow moisture control materials for foundations and exterior walls from Cosella Dorken, Cabinets from Timber Mountain, spray foam insulation by Icynene, tankless water heaters from Rinnai, and water saving plumbing fixtures from Kohler.
